Direct Delivery
Your order is placed and paid for online and shipped directly to your home from Avon’s warehouse.

Shop through your Ambassador’s online store and have your order delivered by your Ambassador.

How to Create an Order
Check Out & Submitting
There are many ways to order your favorite Avon items!
See the options below:
Shop – this tab allows you to view product categories to shop from. Here you can breakdown the categories by concerns, brands and much more!
Shop by Product # – if you have your item numbers ready, you can enter them under Shop > Shop by Product.
Digital Brochure – you can review the Digital Catalog and add items to your bag from the catalog. Just click the pink shopping bag symbol next to the product you want. In the Quick Shop pop-up window, choose your quantity and click ‘Add to Bag.’
To check out and submit orders, click the shopping bag symbol on the upper right of the site.
Once Shopping Bag opens, review your order.
Click Checkout button.
On Checkout page:

Add or review Shipping Information

Add or review Billing information and select payment method

Click “Submit Order”
How do I know if my order was submitted successfully?
When you’ve placed an order, you’ll receive an email letting you know that the order has been submitted and once the order ships, you’ll receive another email displaying the cost details, and tracking details.

Free Standard Ground Shipping is available to customers who create an account with Avon and place an order where the merchandise total in the same order is $60 or over before taxes. No coupon code is required.
Charges for customers who create an account with Avon and place orders where the merchandise total is less than $60 before taxes: Standard Ground $10.95
If you want to change the Ship To address, update the info under My Account, My Profile before submitting your order.
Orders will be shipped to the updated address until you change it back to your usual address.
